1.E-mail邀請的寫作注意事項
在主題行寫清會議名稱、地點和時間,例如:
Subject:Sales Meeting Beijing 11 July 2007;
在稱呼后直接點明召開會議的原由,例如:
We need to finalize the next product launch.
提出會議召開時間的建議,例如:
We should have a meeting before the Shanghai fair in July. How about June 21?
給對方一個選擇時間的機會,例如:
If the date mentioned isn’t possible for you, please Suggest an alternative in that week.
2.電話邀請的注意事項
在打電話之前要充分準(zhǔn)備,不僅要交代清楚會議的時間、地點和目的,還要考慮好禮節(jié)性問候和一些寒暄,最好用英語寫下筆記。
詢問對方是否有意開會,例如:
Could we schedule a time to meet next week?
建議會議時間,例如:
How about sometime after lunch?
確認(rèn)開會日期和時間,例如:
See you on Monday at 7.
收到會議邀請,如何表示接受或者拒絕呢?下面就給您提供一些實用的表達(dá)。
電話里接受或拒絕邀請
接受會議安排, 例如:
Sure, no problem. Shall we say Thursday at ten?
拒絕會議安排,例如:
I’m afraid I have another appointment then.
談話結(jié)束前再次確認(rèn)時間,例如:
Right, so we’ll meet Friday at ten, then, at your office.
通過郵件接受或拒絕邀請
不管您對此會議拒絕還是接受,都應(yīng)在開頭表示謝意,例如:

會議開始時通常安排自我介紹。參加商務(wù)會議不要介紹自己的私人生活,而要從以下幾個方面考慮:姓名、職務(wù)、工作背景、您對會議的期望、您認(rèn)為比較有趣的一件小事等。
例如:
Good evening. I am Li Ming, software developer and principal programmer for the ABC project. The major focus of my work has been to develop a software package with great versatility but which also has a convenient user interface. Tonight, I would like to introduce you some of the major features of this new software.
為了使會議有效進行,應(yīng)在短暫的寒暄之后馬上進入正題。
如果是公司內(nèi)部會議,可以說:

如果是與客戶開會,可以說:

如果是國際性會議,可以說:
